The Thai government declared on October 21 that fully-vaccinated visitors from 46 countries, including Cambodia, will be able to enter Thailand quarantine-free beginning November 1. Cambodia’s Prime Minister Hun Sen replied by instructing the Tourism Ministry to allow quarantine-free flights from Thailand, although the government has yet to make a public declaration. Mr Hun Sen also stated that the Kingdom will resume flights from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines in an effort to reopen the nation to tourists and commercial visitors.

Cambodia has reduced the quarantine period for fully vaccinated newcomers from 14 to seven days. People holding diplomatic visas, as well as investors, Cambodian and foreign technical authorities, cooperative project officials, and government officials returning from missions abroad (including their family members), are only required to quarantine for three days.
